Meetings

Monthly Installfests
The Installfests are an excellent place to get Linux installed, as well as to get help getting hardware to work. They are also a good place to see what software other people use under Linux. Please check our calendar for upcoming Installfests.. HTML
Mailing Lists
- FSLC has two mailing lists. Signing up to them is a great way to get involved with the club.
Internet Relay Chat
FSLC hosts it's own IRC server where members of the Free Software community are able to discuss what ever they feel like. If you have a simple question or just want to kill some time join us. The server is 'fslc.usu.edu' and the port is either 6667 (standard) or 6668 (SSL encrypted). Learn more about IRC
Workshops
- FSLC also holds workshop which are more in depth presentation on Free Software technology.
Forum
- We hold an annual forum on Free Software. This is a large event and many travel from hours to away to attend. Please check our calendar to see when our next forum is.
Volunteering
- FSLC is completely run by volunteers, and we need your help to keep it going. You can help by volunteering to do a presentation, by donating money or by serving as an FSLC officer. You can also help by working on the website.
Elections
If you have the time energy and enthusiasm or would like to see a change in how our club works, one the best way to get involved and help out is to participate as a club officer. Election Information.
