- FSLC is sponsored by ASUSU. Every ASUSU sponsored club must have a constitution. Roberto Mello drafted the first FSLC constituion in Fall 1999. The second draft of the constituion was made by Kyle Waters in Fall 2003 with influence from other club officers both past and current. This draft has not yet been ratified.
